The outbreak of COVID-19 has impacted the methods of working, economy and infrastructure of industries on a global scale. Due to lockdowns all of the industries were forced to work from home which caused problems for industries that were unaware of the digital platforms before. However, the increase in digitalization of the industrial world posed more positive impacts like never before. It not only helped businesses cut costs and speed up their business activities but also provided them with a more flexible working environment. This research focuses on how the increase in digitalization impacted the logistics, education and healthcare organizations in the Middle East and North Africa. The findings of the survey analysis that we conducted in this research implies that COVID-19 revolutionized the way of working all over the globe. We found out that the digitalization of logistics improved primary production, supply chain management and helped optimizethe efficient use of scarce resources. Digital healthcare system enhanced the accessibility, reduced costs and helped healthcare professionals to make medicines more personalized for the patients. In the education sector however, it was difficult to adapt to the new online meeting platforms but gradually, the digital learning environment proved beneficial as perour findings. All of these three industries play a significant role in transportation, wellbeing of individuals and the maintenance of a good lifestyle. Digitalization helped organizations to sell their products and conduct their activities in a better and more productive manner. Consequently, the digitalized world is being given importance even after the COVID-19 outbreak. However, it had some negative impacts on the mental health of employees which should be taken care of by the employers.
