This work is based on the INFORM method, in which the magnetic attributes of the motor are used. The principle is to apply a test voltage and to measure the current response. The measurement results in the angle information of the flux and the rotor.
The main point of this diploma thesis is to manufacture sensors, which are able to measure the time derivative of the current. Two types of sensors are introduced in this work: the Rogowski sensors and the coaxial transformer. The basics of these two types are shown to the reader as well the necessary conditions for manufacturing.
The measurement of the signal has to be executed within a few microseconds after the switching command. Furthermore the signal has to be filtered and the size of the magnitude has to be adapted to make it readable for the AD converter. For filtering and adaptation of the sensor-signals two different circuits are introduced. Moreover the sensor-signal is digitized with a 16 bit AD converter and is made available to the computer by LabVIEW.
The control of inverter is also implemented in LabVIEW. The test signals are generated and sent to the inverter.
