Die Anwendung der Ramsey-Resonanzmethode auf ultrakalte Neutronen im Gravitationsfeld der Erde ermöglicht eine ganue Messung ihrer gebundenen Eigenzustände im Gravitationspotential. Dies wird experimentell durch die qBounce-Collaboration am Institut Laue-Langevin in Grenoble realisiert. Diese Arbeit umfasst sowohl den theoretischen Ansatz als auch die Implementierung. Systematische Tests, die während der STrahlezit durchgeführt wurden, werden ausgewertet und analysiert.

The application of Ramsey's resonance method to ultracold neutrons in the gravitational field of the earth allows a precise measurement of their bound eigenstates in the gravity ptoential. This is experimentally realised by the qBounce collaboration, at the Institut Laue-langevin in Grenolbe. This thesis covers the theoretical approach as well as the implementation. Systematic test, done durng the cycle, are analysed and investigated.
