Entwicklung einer modularen Sensorik und Integration in ein Vorgehensmodell zur Durchführung ortungsbasierter Materialflussanalysen

Abstract

Die effiziente Abwicklung der Intralogistik ist direkt mit dem wirtschaftlichen Erfolg eines Unternehmens verbunden. Die Gestaltung der innerbetrieblichen Materialflüsse spielt eine fundamentale Rolle und steht daher im Fokus der Industrie. Aus diesem Grund werden Materialflussanalysen durchgeführt und Transportbewegungen analysiert. Diese Analysen beziehen sich jedoch auf eine starre Datenbasis, berücksichtigen keine weiteren Transportparameter, wie z. B. den Beladungszustand eines Fahrzeuges, und passen sich dynamischen Einflussfaktoren, wie z. B. Temperaturschwankungen, nicht an. Im Stand der Wissenschaft und Technik können Studien identifiziert werden, die zur Optimierung der innerbetrieblichen Logistik auf den Einsatz von Ortungssystemen in geschlossenen Räumen sogenannten Indoor Positioning Systemen (IPS) zurückgreifen und dabei eine Effizienzsteigerung von 15 % 20 % realisieren. Aufgrund fehlender Standards, geringer Benutzerfreundlichkeit sowie einer unstrukturierten Vorgehensweise werden diese Ortungssysteme zur Erfassung der Transportbewegungen jedoch inadäquat oder gar nicht eingesetzt. Ebenso wenig wird Sensorik, um weitere Transportparameter wie z. B. den Beladungszustand, die Temperatur oder Erschütterungen zu erfassen, berücksichtigt. Eine in ein entsprechendes Vorgehensmodell integrierte, modulare Sensorik zur erfolgreichen Durchführung einer ortungsbasierten Materialflussanalyse kann im Stand der Wissenschaft und Technik nicht identifiziert werden. Das Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit besteht darin, einen Beitrag zur Digitalisierung von Materialflussanalysen zu leisten und als Enabler neuer Technologien für die Intralogistik zu fungieren. Die Entwicklung einer modularen Sensorik und Integration in ein Vorgehensmodell soll dafür die Grundlage schaffen. Durch den Abgleich von unternehmensspezifischen Anforderungen mit den materialflussspezifischen Parametern werden individuelle Analysen von Transportbewegungen bei gleichzeitiger Berücksichtigung weiterer Transportparameter ermöglicht. Es wird die Forschungshypothese, dass Ergebnisse einer solchen Analyse von einer konventionellen Materialflussanalyse abweichen, untersucht. Um die genannte Zielsetzung erreichen zu können, wird eine Sensorik sowie ein Vorgehensmodell in fünf Schritten entwickelt. Neben einem Fragenkatalog mit unternehmensspezifischen Anforderungen wird ein Kriterienkatalog mit materialflussspezifischen Parametern erstellt. Die Auswahl, Entwicklung und Überprüfung der modularen Sensorik stellen die weiteren Punkte des Vorgehensmodells dar. Abschließend findet eine Validierung des Vorgehensmodells statt.

The efficient handling of intralogistics is directly linked to the economic success of a company. The design of internal material flows plays a fundamental role and is therefore the focus of companies. For this reason, material flow analyses and transport movements are frequently carried out in industry. However, the analyses carried out refer to a rigid database, do not take into account any other transport parameters such as the loading condition of a vehicle and do not adapt to dynamic influencing factors. In the state of the art studies can be identified, which can realize an efficiency increase of 15-20% by the employment of an indoor positioning system (IPS) for the optimization of internal logistics. However, due to a lack of standards, low user-friendliness and an unstructured approach, these positioning systems are inadequately or not at all used to record transport movements. The combination of a sensor system in order to record further transport parameters such as loading condition, temperature or the vibrations is currently also of little importance. A corresponding procedure model for the successful execution of a location-based material flow analysis by means of modular sensor technology cannot be identified in the current state of science and technology. The aim of this work is to contribute to the digitalization of material flow analyses and to act as an enabler of new technologies for intralogistics. By developing a sensor and a process model, the basis for this goal will be created. By comparing company-specific requirements with the material flow-specific parameters of locating systems, the conceptual design of a modular sensor system should be made possible. This will enable individual analyses of transport movements and other transport parameters. The research hypothesis, that the results of such an analysis deviate from a conventional material flow analysis, will be investigated. In order to achieve the mentioned objective, a sensor and a procedure model will be developed consisting of five steps based on the state of the art. In addition to a requirement specification with company-specific needs, a catalogue of criteria with material flow-specific parameters will also be developed. The selection, conception and testing of a modular sensor technology represent the further points of the procedure model. Finally, the process model will be validated.
