Der Einsatz von kollaborativen Robotern schafft neue Herausforderungen für die Gewähr-leistung der Personensicherheit. Speziell im Falle einer Kollision muss die Einhaltung biome-chanischer Grenzwerte sichergestellt werden. Da diese zum aktuellen Stand nicht, bezie-hungsweiße nicht vollständig in Prozesssimulationsprogramme integriert sind, ist eine au-tomatisierte Sicherheitszertifizierung per digitalem Zwilling nicht möglich. Daher wird in die-sem Artikel ein Ansatz zur Integration der biomechanischen Grenzwerte in die Software Tecnomatix Process Simulate vorgestellt.
