dc.description.abstract
Gas phase electrophoresis on a nano Electrospray Gas-phase Electrophoretic Mobility Molecular Analyzer (nES GEMMA) allows the characterization of native (bio)nanoparticles. These nanoparticles are separated in a tunable electric field and a high laminar sheath air flow according to their surface-dried diameters with subsequent particle number-based detection. Such an analysis approach is exemplified below for viruses and virus-like particles (VLPs).
