Modelle der New Keynesian School unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Geldpolitik

Abstract

Modelle der New Keynesian School stellten bis zum Ausbruch der aktuellen Finanzkrise das allgemein verwendete Rahmenwerk der geldpolitischen Analyse dar. Diese Modelle werden in der Diplomarbeit genauer analysiert, wobei den realwirtschaftlichen Auswirkungen der Geldpolitik besondere Beachtung geschenkt wird. Die detaillierte mathematische Ableitung der Modellgleichungen soll es einem breiten Leserkreis ermöglichen, die Modellspezifikationen und deren Implikationen in ihrer Tiefe zu verstehen.<br />

Until the outbreak of the recent financial crisis, models of the New Keynesian School constituted the commonly used framework of monetary policy analysis. The diploma thesis analyses these models, where special attention is given to the real effects of monetary policy. The detailed mathematical derivation of the equations should help a broad readership with the profound understanding of the models' specifications and implications.
