Abstract:
Im innerstädtischen Bereich kommt es bei Verkehrsflächen, die wenig Schwerverkehr ausgesetzt sind, aufgrund von gestalterischen und umwelttechnischen Vorteilen oftmals zur Anwendung ungebundener Pflasterstein-Aufbauten. In Österreich gibt es aktuell nur eine Bemessungsmethode für diese Bauart, welche in der Richtlinie RVS 03.08.63 [1] geregelt ist. Diese Methode ist in der Variation der Eingangsparameter stark eingeschränkt. Um dem entgegenzuwirken, wurde eine rechnerische Dimensionierung für ungebundene Pflasterstein-Aufbauten entwickelt. Bei Anwendung dieser Dimensionierungsmethodik können notwendige Parameter (Verkehrslast, Klima, Materialverhalten und Struktur) realistischer berücksichtigt werden. Diese werden in einem Finite Elemente Oberbau-Modell berücksichtigt, mit dem die Spannungen und Verformungen infolge verkehrlicher Belastungen ermittelt werden. Im Anschluss an die Modellberechnungen wird mittels Ansetzens geeigneter Schadenskriterien die Anzahl an Lastwechsel berechnet, die der Aufbau ertragen kann. Zuletzt wird dieser Wert mit den zu erwartenden Lastwechseln verglichen. Durch Anwendung dieser Methode können Sicherheitsreserven bei der Bemessung ungebundener Pflasterstein-Aufbauten reduziert und wirtschaftlichere Aufbauten bemessen werden.
