dc.description.abstract
By combining an EC-QCL with a balanced detection scheme, we were able to acquire VCD
spectra with competitive noise levels 3 times faster than the state of the art. For further experiments,
we want to explore the use of VCD as monitoring tools for dynamic processes like protein refolding.
