Mobile Geräte wie Smart Phones, Tablets, Netbooks und dergleichen sind allgegenwärtig. Viele davon haben eingebaute Kameras und sind leistungsfähiger als PCs noch vor einigen Jahren waren. Ziel dieser Diplomarbeit ist herauszufinden, ob mobile Geräte grundsätzlich in der Lage wären, photographierte Personen automatisiert zu erkennen und einem Kontakt zuzuordnen.<br />

More and more people switch to digital photography. Big camera companies, like for example Canon, stopped producing new film cameras, focusing solely on digital solutions. As it is much cheaper and more feasible to make digital pictures, the number of pictures made explodes.<br />But how can you categorize and sort pictures with little manual effort?
