Durch die Beschäftigung mit der Physik anhand des eigenen Körpers soll bei den SchülerInnen Interesse für die Physik geweckt werden. Der biologische Bezug soll verstärkt Mädchen, die Physik als traditionelle Männerdomäne ansehen, motivieren, sich mit der Materie auseinanderzusetzen. Anhand von Beispielen aus der Lebenswelt der SchülerInnen wird Optik, Akustik, Thermodynamik und vieles mehr in eigenständiger Recherche, Experimenten und Gruppenarbeit erforscht. In allen Kapiteln sind Arbeitsblätter enthalten, die zur selbständigen Auseinandersetzung mit dem Stoff geeignet sind. Der Lehrer vermittelt die notwendigen Grundlagen und bietet so die Basis zur Bearbeitung der Arbeitsaufträge.<br />Diese Arbeit richtet sich an Physiklehrer, die anhand der Informationen den Unterricht gestalten können. In jedem Kapitel sind, durch Rahmen gekennzeichnete, Arbeitsblätter zu nden, die von den SchülerInnen selbstständig bearbeitet werden können. Die Musterlösungen enthalten die erwarteten Antworten und können den SchülerInnen zur Selbstkontrolle zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
