Ähnlich einer Tonerkartusche bei Laserdruckern soll für den "Blueprinter" ein leicht auswechselbares Kartuschensystem entwickelt werden. Der "Blueprinter" ist eine Rapid Prototyping Anlage mit der keramikgefüllte Polymere strukturiert werden können. Diese Anlage basiert auf dem DLP Verfahren und ermöglicht die Herstellung von Zahnersatz aus Zirkonoxid mittels generativer Fertigung (Kapitel 1).<br />In nachfolgender Arbeit wurden Lösungen für die Lagerung und Dosierung des recht zähflüssigen Ausgangsmaterials ausgearbeitet. In weiterer Folge wurde untersucht, ob das Material überhaupt für eine Lagerung über einen längeren Zeitraum geeignet ist. Anschließend wurde ein Überwachungssystem entworfen, mit dem eine automatische Materialzufuhr ermöglicht werden kann (Kapitel 2.1).<br />Das Material wird auf eine Glaswanne aufgetragen, wo es zur Aushärtung der einzelnen Schichten kommt. Die Glaswanne soll dem Kartuschensystem angehören und soll deshalb ebenfalls auswechselbar sein. Hierfür wurde eine eigene Konstruktion geschaffen, durch die das Auswechseln schnell und einfach ermöglicht wird (Kapitel 2.2). In der Glaswanne muss das Material möglichst dünn aber flächendeckend aufgetragen werden. Ein spezielles Wischerblatt, das eine bestimmte Form und Abmessungen aufweist, soll dies ermöglichen. In diesem Zusammenhang wurde das flüssige Ausgangsmaterial auf seine rheologischen Eigenschaften hin untersucht (Kapitel 2.3).<br />Abschließend wurden die Erkenntnisse und Verbesserungsvorschläge, die im Rahmen dieser Arbeit aufgetreten sind, zusammengefasst. Desweiteren wurde ein Ausblick auf eine mögliche Weiterentwicklung des Kartuschensystems gegeben (Kapitel 3).
