The goal of this thesis was to produce ultra high strength concrete of strength class C100/115, using appropriate starting materials self-compacting. The mixture composition should fulfill both requirements, as well as the self-compacting and ultra high strength concretes. In order to meet these requirements, the fresh concrete must possess special properties. This can be achieved by optimizing the concrete mixture composition which is significantly different from the (that differs significantly from a) normal vibrated concrete. The mix design for a self-compacting ultra high-strength concrete is very complex and optimized in several various steps. Even the smallest changes in the mix proportions may lead to significant changes in properties for this sensitive and highly effective material. For this reason, the quality of the substance and the dosage during the making of concrete is particularly important. Besides the good workability of the self-compacting ultra high-strength concrete, the high compressive strength is of particular importance. In relation to the properties of hardened concrete, the ultra-high-strength self-compacting concrete has no fundamentally different properties from the corresponding vibrated. Compered to the vibrated, the self-compacting concrete has a number of advantages, even though the production effort and the fuel cost are higher.
Through self-compacting and self-venting provide the SCC not only economic benefits (no vibrated, personnel, equipment, etc.), but also social benefits (no acoustic emission). Other benefits include significantly improved concrete surface and significantly reduced rework.
In the near future, further studies on self-compacting ultra high strength concrete should be carried out in terms of optimizing the grading curves and raw materials and treatment processes in order to improve the fresh
