Die Diplomarbeit befasst sich mit der innovativen Produktidee "ACP- Alternative Climate Package", einer TOP10-Idee aus einem europaweiten, gruppenübergreifenden Innovationswettbewerb von Magna International Europe. Dabei wurde ein Businessplan erstellt. Die Idee stützt sich auf einen neuartigen Klimatisierungsprozess für das Fahrzeug, bei dem auf den Kompressor im Kreislauf verzichtet werden kann. Basis dieser Technologie ist das Sorptionsprinzip, durch das mit Hilfe von umweltverträglichen Stoffen gleichzeitig Wärme und Kälte erzeugt werden können. Großer Vorteil dieser alternativen Klimaanlage ist dabei die Möglichkeit das Fahrzeug auch im Stand klimatisieren zu können und somit einen erhöhten Komfortstandard zu erzielen. Weiters kann der Kraftstoffverbrauch dabei durch das "Weglassen" des Kompressors erheblich gesenkt werden. In der Diplomarbeit wird sowohl die technische Realisierbarkeit als auch das wirtschaftliche Potential anhand von Business Cases untersucht. Dafür wurden mehrere Szenarien erarbeitet, die verschiedene Strategie- und Markteintrittsvarianten berücksichtigen.<br />

dc.description.abstract
This thesis deals with the innovative product idea Alternative Climate Package, which reached a TOP10-Position in a Europe-wide, Innovation competition of Magna International Europe. Therefore I created a business plan. The Idea is based on a new air conditioning process for vehicles, in which the conventional compressor is no more needed. With the help of ecologically friendly material in combination with water it is possible to produce heat and cold at the same time. The big advantage of this alternative air condition is the possibility to cool down the vehicle independent of motor activities and so enhance the comfort standards. Due to the fact that the compressor can be ignored, the fuel efficiency can be improved and the consumption reduced. In this thesis I studied the technical feasibility and the economical potential on the basis of business cases. Therefore I worked out several scenarios, which consider the different strategic options and possibilities of market entries.
