Holz-Beton-Verbunddecken : Baustatische Modellbildung und Empfehlungen für die Bemessungspraxis

Abstract

Der Bedarf an Sanierungen von alten Holzdecken, vielfach resultierend aus Nutzungsänderungen,hat Bauingenieure zur Entwicklung von Holz-Beton-Verbundsystemen gebracht.Die Ertüchtigung von Bestandsdecken und die Vergrößerung von Deckenspannweiten im Neubau durch Holz-Beton-Verbundkonstruktionen hat in den letzten Jahren einen großen Fortschritt gemacht. Die Kombination von Holz und Beton in einem Querschnitt führt zur optimalen Nutzung der Eigenschaften beider Werkstoffe. Der Beton wird vorwiegend auf Druck beansprucht, wobei das Holz überwiegend auf Zug beansprucht wird. Der Verbund zwischen den Teilquerschnitten wird durch Verbindungsmittel in der Verbundfuge gewährleistet.Heutzutage werden am Markt zahlreiche Verbindungsmittelarten für die bauliche Herstellung von Holz-Beton-Verbunddecken angeboten. Die, auch als Schubverbinder bezeichneten,Verbindungsmittel können sowohl stabförmig, etwa als Blechstreifen, oder auch Spezialstahlteile, formschlüssig zum Einsatz kommen. Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sichmit der Analyse der häufigsten Verbindungsmittelarten und deren Versagensmechanismen .Derzeit gibt es für die Bemessung von Holz-Beton-Verbunddecken noch keine einheitliche Regelung, wobei die Aufnahme des Themengebiets als ein neuer Abschnitt in den Eurocode 5 bereits in Abstimmung ist. Die fehlende Normierung lässt in der Bemessungspraxis Entscheidungen hinsichtlich der Bemessungsmöglichkeiten bzw. Bemessungsregeln von Holz-Beton-Verbunddecken offen.In der Arbeit wird gezeigt, welche Berechnungsmethoden gegenwärtig angewendet werden, wie die baustatischen Modellbildungen erfolgen, sowie wie Bemessung abläuft.Es wird in der Arbeit diskutiert, welche Methoden im kommenden Abschnitt des EC5 geplant sind. Weiter wird aufgezeigt, welchen Einfluss die unterschiedlichen Kriechverhaltenbei der Werkstoffe auf das Trag- und Verformungsverhalten haben, in welchen Zeitpunkten die Nachweise zu führen sind und, wo Hinweise zu Modifikations- und Deformationsbeiwerten der Verbindungsmittel zu finden sind.Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem Gamma-Verfahren, dem Schubanalogie-Verfahren und dem Stabwerkmodell, welche im neuen Eurocode 5 enthalten sein werden.Mithilfe baustatischer Modellbildungen wird die Bemessung von Verbunddecken auch als Scheiben-, Stabmodell, Flächenmodell und Flächen-Scheibenmodell durchgeführt. Diese Berechnungsmethoden haben ihre Anwendungsgrenzen, die auch stark von der Wahl der Verbindungsmittelart beeinflusst werden.Die verschiedenen Methoden werden anhand dieser Abhängigkeiten erläutert, analysiert und jene Methoden hervorgehoben, welche die Anforderungen hinsichtlich der Verbindungsmittelanordnung am besten erfüllen. Anschließend werden Empfehlungen für die Bemessungspraxis anhand eines Beispiels, in welchem Ergebnisse aus den untersuchten Berechnungsmethoden gegenübergestellt werden, hinsichtlich Plausibilität, Berechnungsaufwand und Eignung für die Anwendung in der Bau- und Bemessungspraxis ausgearbeitet.

The need to renovate old wooden ceilings, often resulting from usage changes, has brought civil engineers to develop wood-concrete composite systems. The upgrading of existing ceilings and the trend to enlarge ceiling spans by using wood-concrete composite structures in new buildings made great progress in recent years. The combination of wood and concrete in a common cross section area leads to the optimal use of the properties of both materials. The concrete is mainly exposed to pressure, where by the wood is under tensile load. The connection between the both partial cross-sections is ensured by fastener in the composite material joint.Nowadays there are numerous types of fasteners offered for structural production of wood-concrete composite ceilings on the market. These also as shear connectors known fasteners can be bar-shaped, for example as sheet metal strips, or often they have a special form fitted shape made of steel. This thesis is about the usage of the most common types of fasteners and their failure mechanisms.Currently a uniform standardized design of wood-concrete composite floors is not available, but the admission of this issue as a separate chapter of the EC5 standard is already on the way. The lack of standardization leads sometimes to unclear decisions of design application regarding design options and design rules.The thesis shows which calculation methods are currently used, how the structural models are created and how the design is carried out. It is also discussed which methods are used in the related section of the future EC5. It is also shown which effect the different creep attitude of both materials has on the loadbearing and deformation behavior,at which age of the structure the calculations should be made and information about modification and deformation coefficients of the fasteners is provided.This thesis deals with the gamma method, the shear analogy procedure and the frameworkmodel. All of them will be included in the updated Eurocode 5. With help of different structural modelling the design of composite floors is carried out as a wall-,beam-, slab- and slab-wall combined model in this thesis. These methods have their application limits, which are affected intensely by the chosen type of fasteners as well.The various methods are explained on basis of these mentioned dependencies, analyzed and those methods are highlighted, which meet the requirements in relation tothe fastener arrangement in a most suitable way. Finally, recommendations for designpractice are made based on an example in which results from the mentioned calculation methods are compared regarding plausibility, calculation effort and suitability for use inconstruction and design practice.
