Versuche zum Last-Verformungsverhalten mantelverpresster Duktilpfähle im typischen Wiener Baugrund

Abstract

In der vorliegenden Diplomarbeit wird die Tragfähigkeit von mantelverpressten Duktilpfählen imtypischen Wiener Baugrund, den quartären Sedimenten, anhand ihres Last-Verformungsverhaltens untersucht. Als Grundlage für diese Untersuchung dienen Messdaten aus dem Forschungsprojekt„Unteres Hausfeld 2“ (FPUH-2) der Keller Grundbau Ges.mbH . Im Zuge des Forschungsprojektes wurde das Last-Verformungsverhalten von zwei mantelverpressten Duktilpfählen im Quartär mit dem Pile HAY-Proof-System®, einem bi-direktionalen Pfahlprüfsystem und teilweise auch mit faseroptischen Messungen erfasst. Die Duktilpfähle folgen damit in der Reihe jener typischen Tiefgründungselemente in Wien, deren Tragverhalten bereits im Jahr 2017 im Zuge des Forschungsprojekts„Unteres Hausfeld“ (FPUH) der MA29 und der TU Wien unter vergleichbaren Bedingungen untersucht wurde.Der erste Abschnitt der Diplomarbeit liefert die wissenschaftliche Grundlage für die spätere Auswertung und befasst sich mit den theoretischen Aspekten von Pfählen und statischen Pfahlprüfverfahren. Es folgt eine Einordnung der Duktilpfähle in bestehende Pfahltypen. Anschließend werden wesentliche Prinzipien des Pfahlsystems und des Pile HAY-Proof-Systems® vorgestellt, bevor eine detaillierte Auswertung der Versuche vorgenommen wird. Die Messungen der Prüfkraft, Verschiebungen und Dehnungen während der Probebelastungen liefern Informationen,die zunächst dargestellt und diskutiert werden. Daran schließt sich die Auswertung der Daten an, wobei aus dem dokumentierten Last-Verformungsverhalten zunächst Aussagen zu Pfahlfuß- und Pfahlmantelwiderständen sowie zu Gesamtwiderständen für Druck- und Zugpfähle abgeleitet werden können. Die Ergebnisse der Auswertung liefern Grenztragfähigkeiten für die Pfahlfußwiderstände, nicht aber für die Pfahlmantelwiderstände und folglich auch nicht für die Gesamtwiderstände. Die Auswertung der Dehnungsmessungen liefert Mantelreibungsverläufe über die Pfahllänge und damit eine qualitative Aussage zur Lastabtragung entlang des Pfahls. Als Ergebnis der Arbeit folgen eine Interpretation der ermittelten Mantelreibungen im Quartär undein Vergleich mit Tabellenwerten für duktile Rammpfähle bzw. mit Erfahrungswerten aus demWiener Baugrund, die im Rahmen des FPUH aus Probebelastungen an Bohr- und Mikropfählenim Quartär abgeleitet wurden. Abschließend werden in einem Ausblick Ansätze zur Auswertungneuer Messdaten mit veränderter Sensorkabelanordnung diskutiert.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to investigate the bearing capacity of shaft grouted ductile pilesin typical Viennese ground, based on their load-deformation behavior. Measurement data from the research project „Unteres Hausfeld 2“ (FPUH-2) of the Keller Grundbau Ges.mbH serve as a basis for this investigation. In this research project, the load-deformation behavior of two shaft grouted ductile piles was monitored using the Pile HAY-Proof-System®, a bi-directional loadtest, and fiber-optic measurements. The ductile piles join a number of typical deep foundationelements, whose bearing capacity based on load-deformation behavior was already investigatedin Vienna in 2017 as part of the research project „Unteres Hausfeld“ (FPUH) of the MA29 and the TU Wien under comparable conditions.In the first section of this thesis, the scientific basis for the following analysis is provided and the theoretical aspects of piles and static load tests are covered. This is followed by a categorization of driven ductile piles among existing pile types. After that, essential principles of the pilesystem and the Pile HAY-Proof-System® are presented before a detailed evaluation of the experiments is given. Measurements of forces, displacements, and strains during the load testprovide information that is presented and discussed. This is followed by an analysis of the data, in which statements about the pile base resistance, the pile shaft resistance and the total resistance of a pile loaded under compression or tension can be derived from the documented load-deformation behavior. The results of the evaluation provide ultimate limit states for the pilebase resistance, but not for the pile shaft resistance and accordingly not for the total resistance.The evaluation of the strain measurements provides shaft friction curves along the pile length,which give a qualitative information about the load transfer along the pile. This leads to aninterpretation of the determined shaft friction and a comparison with values given in literature for driven ductile piles as well as with empirical values from the Viennese ground derived from load tests on bored piles and micropiles within the FPUH. Finally, approaches for the evaluationof new measurement data with modified sensor cable arrangement are discussed in an shortoutlook.
