Abstract:
Ich analysiere anhand eines Szenarios, ob in die Tourismusinfrastruktur auf den Kanarischen Inseln investiert werden soll oder nicht. Ausgehend von einem nichtlinearen Kontrollmodell leite ich die Pontryagin'schen Optimalitätsbedingungen her, berechne ein Steady State und untersuche dessen Stabilitätsverhalten. Die weitere Vorgangsweise besteht in der Analyse der beiden Systeme Baustopp und Bauboom und der Maximierung des Zielfunktionals. Für die optimale Lösung gilt schlussendlich: für das untersuchte Szenario auf den Kanarischen Inseln wäre es ratsam, einen Baustopp innerhalb der Tourismusbranche zu verhängen.
