Das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist, einerseits Mobile Commerce (M-Commerce) und die dafür benötigten Grundlagen zu erklären und andererseits anhand eines Prototyps eine mögliche alternative Mobile Payment (M-Payment) Lösung zu zeigen. Zu Beginn der Arbeit werden neben der verwendeten Technologie (Java 2 Micro Edition) für den Prototypen mit ihren Konfiguartionen und Profilen, auch domänenspezifische Technologien im Mobilfunksektor erläutert. Darüber hinaus wird der Begriff M-Commerce zum Bereich Electronic-Commerce (E-Commerce) abgegrenzt und die Charakteristika und Schwierigkeiten in diesem Sektor herausgearbeitet.<br />Zum einen soll die Implementierung auf möglichst viele Mobiltelefone anwendbar sein, und zum anderen soll auf die Benutzerfeundlichkeit geachtet werden. Neben diesen beiden Faktoren spielt das Thema Sicherheit ebenfalls eine große Rolle.<br />

The goal of this work is to explain the basic principles of mobile commerce (m-commerce) and the technologies used in this area.<br />Furthermore an prototype is impelented to show a possible mobile payment (m-payment) solution.<br />The first part descripes the technlogie (Java 2 Micro Edition) used to implement the prototype and the needed profiles and configuartions. In addition the technologies used by mobile operators are explicated and in the long run the differences to electronic commerce (e-commerce) are pointed out. The prototype itself is an m-commerce application with the objective of showing how the challenges of m-commerce can be resolved. Main focus are the high dispersion among the multiplicity of mobiles, user friendliness and security.<br />
