Diese Diplomarbeit befasst sich mit der Planung des Neubaus einer Bergrettungszentrale sowie eines Bergrestaurants im Skigebiet Annaberg/Niederösterreich. Da der Entwurf der Bergrettungszentrale voraussichtlich im Jahr 2023 verwirklicht wird, fokusiert sich die Detailausarbeitung bis hin zur Kostenschätzung nach dem Entwurf lediglich auf die Bergrettungszentrale, da ansonsten der Zeitrahmen erheblich gesprengt werden würde. Der Entwurf des Bergrestaurants wird ausgeschrieben, um einen möglichen Investor zur Realisierung zu finden. Alle weiteren Detailausarbeitungen werden dann vom jeweiligen Planungsbüro durchgeführt. Aus großem persönlichen Interesse an Holzbaukonstruktionen sowie aufgrund der hohen regionalen Holzvorkommnisse, ist die Planung eines Holzbaues naheliegend. Um die Baukosten möglichst gering zu halten, steht Ressourceneffizienz, Minimalismus sowie Rückbaubarkeit an oberster Stelle, weshalb eine umfassende Analyse der Holzbausysteme notwendig ist.

This diploma thesis deals with the planning of the new construction of a mountain rescue center and a mountain restaurant in the Annaberg / Lower Austria ski area. Since the draft of the mountain rescue center is expected to be implemented in 2023, the detailed work up to the cost estimate based on the draft is only focused on the mountain rescue center, as otherwise the time frame would be significantly exceeded. The design of the mountain restaurant is being put out to tender in order to find a possible investor to realize it. All further detailed elaborations are then carried out by the respective planning office. Due to the great personal interest in wooden constructions as well as due to the high regional occurrence of wood, the planning of a wooden construction is obvious. In order to keep the construction costs as low as possible, resource efficiency, minimalism and dismantling are top priorities, which is why a comprehensive analysis of the timber construction systems is necessary.
