Distributed computing continuum systems are required to enable the future applications that we all have in mind, from autonomous driving to holographic interactions.
My research agenda focuses on developing methods and solutions to transform a geographically distributed fabric of computational resources into a self-adaptive multi-level entity that can adapt to the application needs as well as to the changes in its environment to keep the application running as expected.
