dc.description.abstract
We present an InAs/AlAsSb Quantum Cascade Detector (QCD) lattice-matched to InAs, detecting at 2.7 μm, with a room temperature responsivity of 5.63 mA/W and a detectivity of 1.14 x 10 8 Jones. A diffraction grating allows for top-side illumination of the QCD.
