The controlling framework is designed to ensure a continuous increase in business efficiency and the likelihood of successful implementation of projects for the implementation and use of traditional and new business management tools. And this paper can be an impetus for further disclosure of the topic both from the point of view of criticism and correction, and from the point of view of development on the part of practitioners and theorists. An interesting issue for further development is the configuration of information systems for controlling tasks. The paper based on the theoretical and practical concepts and research accumulated today, as well as on the experience of the author's participation in management processes. At the same time, for practical convenience, some theoretical concepts are simplified, and some of the mentioned concepts served only as a source of ideas for the formation of the framework. It should also be noted that we are talking about the organization of management of internal business performance, if the strategic position of the business in the market and the industry, the applied technological and constructive solutions ensure business continuity in near future. It makes no sense to improve the film cameras production efficiency when the transition to digital gadgets has begun (or is predicted).
