Abstract:
The report provides experimental data from a mechanical and workability trial series on CO2-reduced concrete mix designs reinforced with micro-basalt fibers. The main components of the cementitious systems are a combination of blast furnace slag cement (CEM III/B) mixed with metakaolin and limestone fine powder. Additionally, calorimetric measurements were conducted to further investigate the hydraulic potential of the CO2-reduced binder combinations.
