Krankenhaus für Prishtina

Abstract

Diese Diplomarbeit befasst sich mit der architektonischen Planung eines modernen Krankenhauses für Prishtina, der Hauptstadt der Republik Kosovo.Angesichts der schwierigen Bedingungen der Krankenhausversorgung im Kosovo, ist dieses Krankenhaus so konzipiert, dass es eine Kapazität von über dreihundert Betten bietet, was zusammen mit den übrigen medizinischen Abteilungen das Projekt strategisch in die Initiativen zur Verbesserung der Gesundheitsdienste der Kosovo einordnet.Auch auf die Kommunikation und die Parkplätze wurde großer Wert gelegt, so dass im Untergeschoss und im Erdgeschoss Stellplätze vorgesehen sind.Das Projekt legte den größten Wert auf die Schaffung einer baulichen Umgebung, die freundlich, effizient und funktional für die Patienten sowie die im Gebäude tätigen Gesundheitsfachkräfte und das Personal ist.Die architektonische Lösung integriert zeitgemäßes Design und Konstruktion mit einem umweltfreundlichen Ansatz und sozialer Nachhaltigkeit.Das andere Ziel des Projekts ist es, die bestmögliche Integration in den städtischen Kontext von Prishtina zu erreichen und gleichzeitig die höchsten Sicherheits-, Komfort- und Zugänglichkeitsstandards zu gewährleisten.Diese Masterarbeit bietet auch einen Bericht über die architektonischen und operationellen Entwicklungsverfahren, die mit einer großen Struktur wie dieser verbunden sind, und die Herausforderungen, die sich bei jedem technischen und organisatorischen Schritt ihrer Realisierung ergeben.

This thesis deals with the architectural design of a modern hospital for Prishtina, the capital of the Republic of Kosovo.Given the difficult conditions of hospital care in Kosovo, this hospital is designed to offer a capacity of over three hundred beds, which together with the rest of the medical departments strategically places the project in the initiatives to improve health services in Kosovo.Great importance was also given to communication and parking, so parking spaces are provided in the basement and on the ground floor.The project placed the greatest emphasis on creating a built environment that is friendly, efficient and functional for the patients as well as the health professionals and staff working in the building.The architectural solution integrates contemporary design and construction with an environmentally friendly approach and social sustainability.The other goal of the project is to achieve the best possible integration into the urban context of Prishtina, while ensuring the highest standards of safety, comfort and accessibility.This thesis also provides an account of the architectural and operational development procedures involved in a large structure such as this one and the challenges encountered at each technical and organizational step of its realization.
