Entwicklung einer Manipulationsvorrichtung für 20-Fuß-Container

Abstract

In der D-A-CH-Region weist der derzeitige Umschlagvorgang von Containern zwischen Eisenbahn und LKW einen geringen Automatisierungsgrad auf, insbesondere im Vergleich zu Umschlagprozessen in Häfen. Ausgangsbasis dieser Arbeit ist eine Anforderungsliste mit Forderungen und Wünschen, die sich aus den Rahmen- und Umgebungsbedingungen von Eisenbahn-/LKW-Umschlagplätzen ableiten. Gefordert wird ein Umschlagprozess, bei dem eine Person durch Steuerung eines Containerumsetzers einen Container aufnehmen und umschlagen kann. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist die methodische Entwicklung eines Konzeptes für eine Container-Manipulationsvorrichtung eines entsprechenden Containerumsetzers. Eine initiale Recherche zum Stand der Technik hat das vorliegende Problem verdeutlicht, da keine geeigneten Lösungen identifiziert wurden. Aktuelle Normen für die Containermanipulation sowie eine angepasste Anforderungsliste bilden die Grundlage zur Konzipierung einer Manipulationsvorrichtung. Die identifizierte Gesamtfunktion „Container manipulieren“ wird in eine Vielzahl von Teil-, und Nebenfunktionen aufgeteilt, für die anschließend Wirkprinzipien gesucht werden. Durch eine Analyse mittels einer Auswahlliste sowie einer Verträglichkeitsmatrix wird ein finaler morphologsicher Kasten aufgestellt, aus dem günstige Gesamtkombinationen abgeleitet werden. Schlussendlich werden drei Varianten konzipiert, zwei davon weisen eine Top-lift Aufnahme und eine weist eine Side-lift-2 Aufnahme entsprechend der ISO 3874:2017 auf. Alle drei Varianten erfüllen die Anforderungen der Anforderungsliste und werden abschließend einer Bewertung hinsichtlich der technischen Wertigkeit unterzogen. Die höchstbewertet Variante weist einen Teleskoparm als Hebevorrichtung auf, der mittels Führungsmittel mit einer Aufnahmevorrichtung verbunden ist, die durch die Side-lift-2 Aufnahme einen Container aufnimmt. Die vorliegende Arbeit bietet die Grundlage der weiteren Konzipierung eines Abstützungssystems für den Containerumsetzer sowie für den weiteren methodischen Entwicklungsprozess eines der drei Konzepte.

In the D-A-CH region, the common transshipment process of containers between rail and truck has a low degree of automation, especially compared to transshipment processes in ports. The starting point for this thesis is a requirement-list comprising requirements and wishes derived from the environmental and general conditions of rail/truck transshipment points. The goal is a handling process in which a person can manipulate a container by controlling a container handler device. The aim of this thesis is the methodical development of a concept for a container manipulation device of a corresponding container handler. Initial research into the state of the art has highlighted the problem at hand, as no suitable solutions have been identified. Current standards for container manipulation and an adapted list of requirements form the basis for the design of a manipulation device. The overall function “container manipulation” is divided into sub-functions and secondary functions, for which operating principles are then sought. Through an analysis using a selection list and a compatibility matrix, a final morphological box is created from which favorable combinations are derived. Finally, three variants are designed, two of which comprise a top-lift mount, and one has a side-lift-2 mount in accordance with ISO 3874:2017. All three variants meet the requirements of the list of requirements and are then assessed in terms of their technical value. The variant with the highest rating comprises a telescopic arm as a lifting device, which is connected to a pick-up device by means of links, which picks up a container through the side-lift pick-up.
