dc.description.abstract
The dissertation results from the realization of ISO-9001 in an industrial company. High flexibility-requirements result from great material-, process- and market derivations. Control content is the global, process- and customer orientated realization of ISO 9001. Target is to increase flexibility of companies by describing the most efficient organizations. Whole business-process are analyzed and documented. General valid conclusions are derived from practical work. Actual state of management-philosophies and technologies are presented. Replacement of hierarchical description of the structure-organization is described. Customer- and process orientated philosophy is expressed in description of organigram. Synergetic-management is to be interpreted as melting of structure- and proceeding organization. CO-I as medium for describing procedures is represented and explained. This medium represents a complete new method for describing an ISO-9001-system. This method is, in comparison to conventional description of process, simple and effective. Main business-processes, which are part of the new organigram, are described. Quality-management-handbook-texts and useful forms are also described. Result of this work is a global description, how to realize ISO-9001 with greatest efficiency.
