dc.description.abstract
Poor workplace ergonomics can negatively affect both workers' quality of life and productivity, leading to substantial costs for businesses. AI-driven postural analysis is increasingly used to identify and address ergonomic risk factors, offering precise posture assessments. However, it remains unclear how workers can effectively engage with these tools and how best to present clear, interpretable feedback. To explore this, we conducted expert interviews to examine strategies for designing more interpretable ergonomic analysis systems. Our findings suggest that,
beyond the implementation of AI systems, organisational measures are essential to maximise impact and user engagement.
