dc.description.abstract
This presentation gives an overview of the ongoing development of a barodetic constitutive model for soils as part of doctoral research. The focus is on recent modifications of the constitutive formulation, calibration and validation using element-test simulations, implementation as a User-Defined Soil Model in PLAXIS, and first finite-element applications. Current challenges and the next steps of the experimental and numerical validation programme are also briefly discussed.
