In this diploma thesis polymer bounded magnetic materials were printed with a 3dprinter. In cooperation with Magnetfabrik Bonn and the company Infineon a polymer bounded magnetic materials filament for a 3d-printer, which was equipped with two extruder’s, was designed. Initially proper settings were tested to obtain good results with with the provided PLA filaments. The next step of the thesis was to build a set-up for the short cylinder-shaped magnetic filament to complete the tests. Given that longer and flexible filaments were available, the concept of a magazine was not relevant because of error-prone reasons. Several geometric shapes were designed with a CAD-Software and printed with the magnetic material filaments. During the first tests some geometric shapes (cylinder and cuboid) could be successfully printed. The printed objects were magnetized with the pulsed field magnetometer with 4 T field. The warping impact was shown by 3d-prints with PLA filament and with magnetic filaments. To minimize that undesirable impact, a series of test with two nylon filaments (PA 6 and PA 12) was realised, so that the best parameter settings could be found. With those parameter settings a simplified (integrated back bias)-magnet and a cube were printed with a NdFeB (neofer) -and a ferrit-filament (sprox). Another topic was to measure the transversal susceptibility of a ferrit-ring and a simplified (integrated back bias)-magnet. In sub chapter „warpingeffect “ is shown, that the coating methods 31 (KB+KST) and 32 (KTF+KST) with lower deviation were unadapted to reduce the warping-effect observed with the use of magnetic-filaments. The coating method 30, which had a higher deviation was more suitable for 3d-printing of magnetic-filaments. Finally a cube composed of two parts was designed and printed by a 3d-printer. During the 3d-printing process, it turned out that the transition between sprox and neofer was not successful because of the different binders of the magnetic-filaments.
