Die Arbeit gibt eine differenzierte Darstellung der Immobilienmarktentwicklung Wiens in den beiden Segmenten des Wohnbaulands und des Zinshausmarkts in den Jahren von 2000 bis 2010, mit besonderem Fokus auf die Jahre der "Wirtschaftskrise" (2008-2009). Betrachtet werden die Angebotsentwicklung, die Hauptakteure am Markt sowie die Preisentwicklung, differenziert nach Segmenten und Bezirken.

The study gives an overview over the residential land market and the market for historic apartment houses in Vienna in the period from 2000 - 2010, with a special focus on the years of the economic decline (2008-2009). The main market players, as well as the development of prices and supply are studied in detail, differentiated by market segments and districts.
