dc.description.abstract

dc.description.abstract
For a considerable time Eisenstadt has reached a point when urbanism could not be disguised anymore. It seems, that the identity crisis of neather beeing a stage of urban life nor discerning as a manageable village, is partly overcome. Therefore the analysis of two souls of this town, one arising of the village and one of facing the urbanism, is more necessary than ever. The analysis of the current state of development and also being between poles of two characteristics, which appear varied in exciting ways, are posing questions of a useful handling with the structural origin, its current recognizability and urban leitmotif for the future. For regional housing this is forcing a paradigm change, so that there can be made a reference on originally structurals of the venue and admitted space for sustainable innovations. Within the context of this project, a field is being attempted to create an action space between village and town including further aspects of housing like post densification in intraurban space, public and privacy plus horizontal forms of densification.
