A great number of house or town names show us, that wine-growing was of major importance in Upper Austria. The golden age of viniculture was between 14th and 16th century but decreased because of climatic changes afterwards. Due to fact that climate is changing again, you can speak of a renaissance of viniculture in Upper Austria. Wine growing is standing on the beginning of its Renaissance, so several farmers decide to found a community of builders. Goal is to blueprint a wine-hotel, where the farmers have the possibility to present their products, arrange seminars and provide the public access to the viniculture of the Innviertel. There should be space for hotel-facilities as well as rooms for seminars and presentations and enough space for production and storage.
