Corporate manager's statements lead to determination of measurable and relevant objectives, which allows performing the comparison. The united factors which are beneficial for "Industrial" division are presented and explained deeper on the synergy experience in corporation which established the automotive division as the latest one. The synergies of "Industrial" and "Automotive" are achieved by sharing tangible and value-creating activities across the strategic business units in development process, in using common manufacturing activities, in common purchasing and partly in sales and marketing. Related and unrelated diversification help to distinguish relationship from value creating process and share of origins of the synergies. This thesis is dealing with confidential information which is based on strategic data from the management of the company. The used data is a model data derived and adapted in order to present practice in required theoretical related content. |
