Der Vergleich von konventionellem und digitalem Planungsprozess Spezialisiert auf BIM 4D, BIM 5D Automatisierungen sowie AVA - Ausschreibung, Vergabe und Abrechnung

Abstract

Die fortschreitende Digitalisierung ist in der Baubranche klar erkennbar und lässt auf einen umfangreichen Kulturwandel des digitalen Planungsprozesses schließen. Vereinfachungen und Optimierung von komplexen Prozessen sind nur ein Teil der Entwicklungen, die anhand dieser Revolution erwartet werden. Außerdem werden abgestimmte Kommunikationen von Projektbeteiligten und wirtschaftliche Bauprojekte diskutiert, sodass ein großes Potential an Optimierungsmöglichkeiten besteht. Genaue Studien einzelner Projektphasen maximieren sämtliche Vorteile und minimieren gleichzeitig negative Einflüsse. Darüber hinaus sind Kostenund Terminplanungen im Wandel der Zeit in den Fokus gerückt. Bauherrn erwarten sich ein planungsund ausführungsoptimiertes Bauprojekt zum bestmöglichen Preis und in kürzest möglicher Zeit. Im Rahmen dieser Diplomarbeit werden die Planungsphasen der Kostenund Terminplanung sowie der AVA - Ausschreibung, Vergabe und Abrechnung - wissenschaftlich erforscht. Da erst bei ausreichender Recherche, genauem Verständnis und der Umsetzung von Theorien in die Praxis, die Auswirkungen der Digitalisierung zur Gänze nachvollziehbar werden. Besonders BIM 4D, BIM 5D Automatisierungen, die automatische Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen mittels iTWO sowie Aufwandsvergleiche zwischen konventionellem und digitalem Planungsprozess stehen im Mittelpunkt dieser Arbeit. Neben der Beschreibung der Grundlagen des Planungsprozesses werden die heutigen Maßnahmen der AVA erläutert. Zum vollständigen Verständnis digitaler Automatisierungsvorgänge werden entscheidende Entwicklungen der Planungsmethode BIM - Building Information Modeling - erklärt. Überdies wird auf den digitalen Planungsprozess BIM Level 3 und die digitale Ausführungsphase eingegangen. Besonders automatische Mengenberechnungen und die Sicht des Bauherrn sind für zukünftige Fortschritte digitaler Methoden entscheidend. Im Kapitel Zukunftsausblicke werden die Entwicklung des Planungsprozesses und das große Potential der Digitalisierung diskutiert. Aktuell sind sich viele Experten einig, dass ein Kulturwandel stattfindet. Welche genauen Auswirkungen der Digitalisierung auf den Planungsprozesses und die korrelierende Baustelle zu Folge haben könnten, sind Teil dieser Diplomarbeit.

The increasing digitization is clearly recognizable in the construction industry and is pointing out to a cultural change in the digital planning process. Simplifications and optimizations of complex processes are just a part of the expected developments from this revolution. Furthermore, economic construction projects and collaborative communications of the project participants are in the foreground and demonstrate a great potential for optimization. In order to maximize all advantages and minimize negative influences, precise studies of individual project phases need to be carried out. Especially costand schedule planning are focused in the limelight due to changing times. Clients usually expect a planning and implementation optimized construction project at the best price in the shortest possible time. Within the framework of this master thesis, the planning processes of the costand schedule planning, as well as the TAI - tender, award and invoicingare scientifically researched. Only the understanding and the realization of theories into practice deliver the transparency of digitization. Especially BIM 4D, BIM 5D automation processes, the automatic generation of specifications by using iTWO as well as conventional and digital effort comparisons are the main focus of this thesis. In addition to the described basics of the planning process, the present steps of the TAI are explained. For a full understanding of the digital automation processes the basic developments are explained by using the BIM Planning Method - Building Information Modelling. Especially the digital planning process BIM Level 3 and the digital implementation phase will be discussed. Particularly automatic quantity calculations and the client's point of view are significant for digital methods. The development of the planning process and the great potential of digitization is discussed in consideration of future prospects. Many experts agree that a cultural change will take place. What effects could affect the digital planning process as well as the correlating digital construction site are part of this master thesis.
