Die Diplomarbeit "Grundlagen der Netzplantechnik für Schule und Praxis" soll allen Interessierten einen Einblick in das große Gebiet der Netzplantechnik bieten. Neben der Zielgruppe der "Praktiker/innen", die sich Grundlagen der Netzplantechnik für die konkrete Planung und Durchführung eines Projekts aneignen möchten, sollen vor allem auch interessierte Lehrer/innen angesprochen werden, die das praxisrelevante und durchaus in der Schule umsetzbare Thema Netzplantechnik in ihren Mathematikunterricht einbauen möchten bzw. laut Lehrplan müssen.<br />Zielsetzung der Diplomarbeit war es, darin alle Inhalte aufzubereiten, über die ein/e Lehrer/in Bescheid wissen muss, um das Thema Netzplantechnik kompetent im Unterricht behandeln zu können. Bei den Ausführungen handelt es sich um Informationen für die Lehrkraft und nicht um für den Unterricht geeignetes Material. Neben themenspezifischen Aspekten werden Anfangs grundlegende Fragen wie etwa Was ist Netzplantechnik? Wozu brauche ich sie? beantwortet. Bevor ausgewählte Typen der Netzplantechnik (CPM, MPM und PERT) ausführlich erläutert werden, werden Teile der drei großen, der Netzplantechnik zu Grunde liegenden, mathematischen Themengebiete Graphentheorie, Stochastische Grundlagen und Lineare Optimierung behandelt.<br />Abschließend werden noch Überlegungen zur Rentabilität des Einsatzes der Netzplantechnik in der Praxis angestellt und bereits mit Hilfe der Netzplantechnik geplante und durchgeführte Projekte skizziert.<br />Abschließend werden für die Zielgruppe des/der Lehrer/in noch einige Überlegungen zum Einsatz der Netzplantechnik im Mathematikunterricht angestellt.<br />
