Die vorliegende Diplomarbeit befasst sich mit der Entwicklung und mit dem Entwurf eines Panoramarestaurants mit kurzen Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten in der Gemeinde Spital am Semmering (Stuhleck).Stuhleck war der erste Berggipfel Österreichs, der im Winter mit Ski bestiegen wurde. Heute noch ist bekannt in der Wintersaison für die Skipisten sowie Rodelbahn, Snowtuping und Snowpark und auch in Sommer weitere Aktivitäten, wie Wandern und Mountainfahrrad fahren. Es ist nah genung der Hauptstadt für den Tagestourismus.Um Stuhleck und seine Attraktionen verschärfen und regionale Eigenschaften des Gebietes zu mehr Sichtbarkeit verhelfen, bedarf es ein Ort, indem Zusammenkommen von Sport,Kunst und Kultur ermöglicht.Der Ort ist ein guter Standort sowohl in Sommer für bergwanderer als auch für hungrige Skifahrer.Als Bauplatz wurde jetztige W11 Panoramarestaurant am Sthleck gewählt. Der gewählte Standort ist nicht nur wegen 360-Gerad-Panorama blick ausgewählt,Sondern auch für die direkte Anbindung zu den Bergbahnen auf eine Seehöhe von 1639 Meter.Es dient als Multifunktionelleraum für Übernachtungsgäste ,Tagesgäste und auch internes Personal.Der Baukörper ist ein Teil der aufgehobenen Landschaft .Das Restaurant mit Cafe soll den Gästen den besonderen Ausblick mitten in der Landschaft näherführen.Die Ausrichtung des Gebäudes ermöglicht auch Richtung Norden ein beeindruckendes Panorama bis hin zu Hochschwab und Ötscher.

This master thesis deals with the development and design of a hotel with short-stay possibility and a panoramic mountain restaurant in biking in the municipality of Spital am Semmering (Stuhleck).Stuhleck was the first mountain peak in Austria to be climbed on skis in winter.The Stuhleck today is known in winter season for the ski slopes as well as toboggan run, snow tubing and snow park and in summer for other activities such as hiking and mountain biking. It closes enough to capital city for day tourism. To make regional characteristics of the area more visible and improve Stuhleck attractions, it need a center to getting sports, art and culture together in one place. The place is a good location for mountain hikers in summer and Skiing lovers.The current W11 panorama restaurant on Stuhleck was identified as an ideal location. It was selected not only because of the 360-degree panoramic view, but also for the direct connection to the mountain railway at an altitude of 1639 meters.It serves as a multifunctional building for overnight guests, day guests and internal staff. The building will be part of the landscape. The restaurant with cafe is intended to give guests a closer look at the special view in the middle of the landscape.The orientation of the building also enables an impressive panoramic view towards the north till Hochschwab and Ötscher.
