Matzinger, G. (2007).
Although pore pressure is a major field to understand the thermohydraulic process in concrete, verry few experimental works carried out.
This work was intended to make a contribution to develop a simple and precise measuring instrument for pore pressure in ordinary concrete.
In the theoretical part of this work is amongst other things like basics of concrete technology and concrete testing the present state of the technology summarized. From 1999 to 2002 the CSTB (Centre Scientifique et Technique du Bátiment) reached in their experimental work the highest results for pore pressure from 20 bars in normal concrete to 40 bars in high-performance concrete. The measurement setup used in this tests inspired the set-ups developed for this work.
For the laboratory tests were 5 different measurement setups developed and tested (on concrete slabs with the ISO Standard-Curve), but there were no or much less results as expected. So, the most important results of this work are mainly recommendations for following research works
