Projektentwicklung des Großmarktareals in München

Abstract

Für das Großmarktareal in München Sendling sollen alternative Umstrukturierungsvarianten mit möglicher partieller Umnutzung entickelt und bewertet werden. Dazu soll die Projektentwicklung einerseits mit den städtebaulichen Zielen der Landeshauptstadt München und den betrieblichen Anforderungen der Markthallen München, andererseits mit öffentlichen Sichtweise konform sein. Zusätzlich soll das Gebiet eine städtebauliche Aufwertung bewirken und das umliegende Stadtleben bereichern. Als Abschluss soll für das Projekt ein möglicher grober Finanzierungsvorschlag entwickelt werden, der sowohl für die Landeshauptstadt München, als auch für potentielle Bauträger, interessant ist und somit das Projekt realisierbar macht.<br />

The aim of the work ist to develop and evaluate alternative restructuring options with possible partial change of use for the wholesale market complex in Munich Sendling. This project development has to be consistent on the one hand with the planning objectives of the City of Munich and the operational requirements of the Markthallen München, on the other hand, with public perception. The area has to upgrade the urban environment and to enriche the sourrounding city life. As a conclusion has to be developed for the project a potential gross financing proposal which is interesting for the City of Munich, as well as for potential developers, and thus makes the project feasible.
