This project is based on the future plans and needs of the city and county of Cluj: the city is planning to build a new cultural center and in 2012 already took place a comparition regarding the project for a site outside the historical center . This project wishes to remind the citizens the outstanding potential of this area and site.<br />The outstanding potential of the site, situated directly on the outern ring of Cluj, the scale of the site, and the remarkable perspective over the city predestines it to be one, if not the most important development area of the city. Please Mind the Gap is a study regarding the urban connections, pedestrian pathways and urban spaces, and the most important new functions in Cluj: the new County Hall, Transylvania Museum, Music Hall, Sapientia University and the library.
