Die burgenländische Wohnbauförderung als leistungsfähiges Steuerungsinstrument zur Umsetzung ökologischer Ziele

Abstract

Wohnen ist eines der Grundbedürfnisse des Menschen - die Wohnqualität ist ein bestimmender Faktor der Lebensqualität. Mit der Wohnbauförderung Burgenland fördert das Land mit seinen zur Verfügung stehenden Mitteln die Schaffung und den Erhalt von Wohnraum.<br />Als Ziel-1-Gebiet hat das Burgenland die Chancen, die sich aus dem EU-Beitritt und der Osterweiterung ergaben, bestmöglich genutzt. Das Burgenland hat seine Abseitsposition in Europa verteidigt, aufgrund laufender Erneuerungen, und ist mittlerweile an die Spitze der Sturmposition vorgerückt. "Die vergangenen Jahre haben gezeigt, dass der burgenländische Weg der Weg des Erfolges ist." Dieser aufstrebende Weg gehört in Zukunft geschützt. Bemerkenswerte Ergebnisse wurden anhand dieser Arbeit zusammengefasst betreffend der fossilen Energieträger. Erdgas und Erdöl werden durch Erneuerbare Energieträger ersetzt und somit kann sehr viel Geld gespart werden.<br />Im Burgenland ist es sehr stark zu beobachten, dass der Trend vom Eigenheim hin zum Geschoßwohnbau tendiert. Zurückzuführen ist dieses Tendenz auf den stetig wachsenden Single-Haushalt. Der Geschoßwohnbau wird im Burgenland von seitens der Burgenländischen Landesregierung finanziell unterstützt. Der Bedarf an Wohnungen wird immer größer, da das Land sehr viel Zuwachs von den angrenzenden Länder, beispielsweise Ungarn, Slowakei bekommt. Für sicheres und qualitatives Wohnen setzt sich das Land Burgenland ein und macht dieses auch möglich. Das LEP 2011 wurde von Gemeinden, Interessenverbänden, der Landesverwaltung und der Öffentlichkeit nachhaltig konferiert. "Die breite Beteiligung hat eindeutig gezeigt, wie wichtig verbindliche Leitlinien für eine am Gemeinwohl ausgerichtete Entwicklung in unserem Land sind. Als Verordnung gewährleistet es, dass seine Inhalte auf allen Planungsebenen berücksichtigt werden. Damit stellt es eine wichtige Grundlage für künftige Förderprogramme des Landes und der EU dar."
