Abstract:
Für die Maria-Theresien-Kaserne in Wien Hietzing sollen alternative Nutzungskonzepte entwickelt und bewertet werden.<br />Hierbei soll die Projektentwicklung aus öffentlicher Sicht konform mit den Wiener Stadtentwicklungszielen sein, realisierbar sein, eine Städtebauliche Aufwertung der umliegenden Gebiete ermöglichen und eine Qualitative Bereicherung für den Standort bringen.<br />Gleichzeitig soll die Entwicklung auch für privatwirtschaftliche Investoren interessant und somit finanziell realisierbar sein.<br />

The aim of the work is to develop and evaluate different concepts of use for the Maria-Theresien-Barracs in Vienna Hietzing .<br />The project development has from public view to comply with the Vienna Development Goals, to be feasible, allow Urban appreciation of the surrounding areas and bring a quality asset to the location.<br />Simultaneously, the development may also be interesting for private sector investors and thus financially feasible.<br />
