Neuer Schulcampus der II und III Stufe mit Sportlicher Neigung in Odessa

Abstract

Die Schulen in Odessa sind in den letzten Jahren zu überlastet. Grund dafür ist der massive Bau von Wohnhochhäusern und die mangelnde Entwicklung einer geeigneten Infrastruktur. Durch die Wachsende Bevölkerungsdichte, vor allem durch die Pendlerinnen kann das heutige System den Ansprüchen nicht gerecht werden.In Verbindung mit dem bestehenden Kindergarten soll das neue Schulgebäude eine Bildungsoase des Bezirkes werden. Die Schaffung eines vielfältigen Sportplatzes ist eine der Hauptaufgaben, da der sportliche Teil des Gebäudes die Fähigkeit hat, autonom zu arbeiten und die nächstgelegenen Schulen und außerschulischen Sportvereine zu bedienen.In ersten Teil der Arbeit wird die Geschichte von der Ukraine mit ein Fokus auf Odessa erzählt. Dadurch bietet sich ein Einblick in das von der Politik stark beeinflusste Schulsystem. In zweiten Teil der Arbeit wird deutlich, wie sich die einzelnen Schultypologien entwickelt haben. Der Entwurf ist eine Antwort beziehungsweise ein Vorschlag für die Verbesserung der heutigen Lage.

Odessa‘s schools are overflowing with students in recent years. The main reasons are increased construction of high-rise housing units and poor infrastructure development. In addition, high urban population density and growing number of commuters negatively affects the capacity of educational system to effectively meet the needs of population.Together with the local kindergarten, the new school building is to become an educational complex of the district. The construction of sport grounds is one of the main tasks since the sport facilities of the school building can work autonomously and serve nearby schools and sport clubs.The first part of the paper presents the history of Ukraine with the focus on Odessa. It provides an insight into the school system which is historically impacted by political issues. The second part explores the development if various school types typical for Ukrainian educational system. This project aims to offer possible improvements in schools facilities construction.
