Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to generate improvements in work processes and information paths by process oriented quality management at framas Vietnam Ltd. By cross-applying methods from the fields of quality management and process management, processes should be collected, analyzed, interpreted and improved by using appropriate steps. The problem of the task was the extraction of information and in particular to check the accuracy of this information. To gain an understanding of the used methods and their usefulness, the individual managerial areas of responsibility and methods will be discussed in a theoretical part. A brief outlook on the material technical sector of framas Vietnam is given in order to understand the practical part occurring materials and methods. In order to make this work achieve a connection, the previously described methods and areas in the theory part will be applied in a practice part. This part shall also show how close quality management and process management are and therefore a qualitative improvement in a company with an increase in effectiveness with a simultaneous reduction of costs can go ahead.
