Auslegung und Inbetriebnahme einer Latentwärmespeicherversuchsanlage

Abstract

Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit ist die Auslegung und Inbetriebnahme eines Hochtemperaturspeichers zu dokumentieren und zu analysieren. Als Hochtemperaturspeicher kommt ein Latentwärmespeicher mit Natriumnitrat als Phasenwechselmaterial zum Einsatz. Zur Wärmeübertragung dienen stranggepresste Aluminiumrippen, welche mit Rohrschellen auf Stahlrohre gepresst sind. Die Stahlrohre werden von einem Wärmeträgermedium durchströmt. Beim Einspeicherungsvorgang wird thermische Energie vom Wärmeträgermedium Therminol VP-1 auf das Stahlrohr, vom Stahlrohr auf die Aluminiumrippen und schließlich von den Aluminiumrippen auf das Phasenwechselmaterial übertragen. Beim Ausspeicherungsvorgang erfolgt die Wärmeübertragung in umgekehrter Richtung. Der Latentwärmespeicher kann thermische Energie im Umfang von 252 kWh speichern. Im relevanten Bereich für die Hochtemperaturspeicherung beträgt die Energieaufnahme 48 kWh.<br />

The aim of this paper is to document and to analyze the engineering and commissioning process of a high-temperature heat storage system.<br />A latent heat storage system, filled with sodium nitrate is used for high temperature heat storage. Extruded aluminum fins, which are pressed with pipe clamps on steel pipes are, used for the heat transfer. The steel pipes are flown by a heat carrier medium. During the storage process, thermal heat flows from the heat carrier Therminol VP-1 to the steel pipes, from the steel pipes to the aluminum pipes and finally from the aluminum pipes to the phase change material. During the restoring process the thermal heat flows in the reverse direction. The latent heat storage system can store thermal energy in the amount of 252 kWh. In the relevant range for the high-temperature storage, the energy consumption amounts 48 kWh.<br />
