Entwurf einer Wohnhausanlage unter Berücksichtigung der Grundsätze der Nachhaltigkeit. Dies Grundsätze werden anhand der Buchkapitel von Prolog bis Ausbau beleuchtet und jeweils betreffende Fragestellungen und Antwortversuche erarbeitet.<br />Die Anlage besteht aus einem Parkdeck als Basis, und darauf aufbauenden Hochbauten.<br />Etwa die Hälfte der Nutzflächen werden als 2-geschossige nutzungsneutrale Konstruktion ausgebildet, um einen gegenwärtigen und zukünftigen, bedarfsgerechten Ausbau zu ermöglichen.<br />Die restlichen Flächen sind als verdichteter Flachbau in Einfamilienstruktur konzipiert.<br />Die Konstruktion der Basis besteht aus einer Stahlbeton-Struktur, die nutzungsneutrale Zone aus Stahlbeton-Grundelementen und der verdichtete Flachbau wird als Holz-Rahmen-Bauweise geplant.<br />Es wird darüber hinaus die Sinnhaftigkeit der Verwendung von vorgefertigten Bauteilen untersucht. Der Aufbau der Gesamtanlage ist auf Modularität ausgerichtet.<br />

Design of a Housing Complex under consideration of the principles of Sustainability. These principles are focussed by bookchapters from Prolog to Finishing parts and the related questiones and attempts of answers.<br />The Complex consists a parking deck with a buidling construction based on it.<br />One half of the floor space is built as a 2-storey building for flexible use to make finishing possible, which is perfectly adjusted to contemporary and future needs.<br />The rest of the floor space is built as low-rise-construction as single-family houses.<br />The construction-techniques are reinforced concrete for the base, reinforced concrete-structure for for the flexible part and timber-frame construction for the single-family homes.<br />Inaddition the usefullness of preacst elements is focus of the design.<br />The hole construction uses highly modular technology.<br />
