Inbetriebnahme einer Versuchsanlage zur Beschichtung von Stahlbändern mit Aluminium mittels MOCVD

Abstract

Die Arbeit umfasst die Inbetriebnahme einer Versuchsanlage zur Beschichtung von Stahl, dessen Vor und Nachbehandlung. Die Vorbehandlung umfasst Entfettung und Aktivieren der Oberfläche, sowohl für tiefziehfähigen als auch Federstahl. Die Beschichtung mittels MOCVD - Metall-Organische-Gasphasenabscheidung mit Aluminium geschieht mit der Zuhilfenahme von Induktion und Metallalkylen. Durch den Prozess wird Aluminium aus den Alkylen auf dem Blech abgeschieden und erhöht dadurch den Korrossionsschutz. Mit den Nachfolgenden Schichtglättung (Skin Pass) und Passivierung wird die Stabilität der Schicht weiter erhöht.<br />

The thesis enfolds the implementing of an experimental plant for coating steelsheets, the pre- and aftertreatment. The pretreatment enfolds decreasing and activting of the steelsurface, for deep drawing and and spring steel. Die Coating happens with MOCVD - Metal Organic Chemical Vapour Deposition with aluminium using induction heating and metal alkyles. With the process aluminium is deposit out of the alkyles onto the steel shit and increases the corrions restistivity remarkable.<br />With the following skin pass and passivating of the coating the strengthness of the caoting is further increased.
