With strongly increasing number of tourists, the need for temporary accommodation, which can adapt to the situation at hand, is also growing more and more in major cities. In today ́s world, where everything has to happen quickly, new strategies and architectural solutions are sought. This work is intended to show a changed hotel typology - sleeping places become experience centers. The hotel interconnects with the infrastructure just as services offered in the hotel’s environment. Especially in the time of the pandemic, the structures have to be flexible and expandable at any time - multifunctionality and flexibility of the building are thus brought to the fore. In addition, nature is also integrated into the architecture. The green terraces, water surface. in the inner courtyard, as well as plantings on the neighboring facade contribute to this. The new building and the additional offer for the neighborhood should create an added value for the population, and at the same time unfold the potential of the Danube Canal as a recreational area even more.
