Phase 0 – intelligente LernRaumOrganisation für das Zentrale Berufsschulgebäude Seestadt Aspern

Abstract

Die Stadt Wien befasst sich seit 2014 mit der strategischen Neuausrichtung der Wiener Bildungsstätten (BIENE Programm - das bis 2034 angelegte Bildungseinrichtungen Neubauprogramm). In der Phase II des Programms wird die Errichtung eines Zentralen Berufsschulgebäudes geplant, das eine Nutzung ab dem Jahr 2027 vorsieht.Das Zentrale Berufsschulgebäude sieht eine Zusammenlegung von acht Berufsschulen vor, die derzeit verteilt über Wien zu finden sind. Basierend auf Informationen der Stadt Wien, ist das Ziel dieser strategischen Umstrukturierung: a) Bestehende innerstädtische Schulstandorte freispielen für Schulen, die vor Ort keinen Platz finden, aber vor Ort sein müssen. (Volks- und Mittelschulen) b) Eine Synergie zwischen den Berufsschulen, die zum Teil ähnliche Ausbildung anbieten, zu schaffen. Primärer Auftrag im Rahmen der Diplomarbeit war es mit Hilfe von Nutzungssimulationen den Einfluss der Lernformen und des Facility Managements (FM) auf das Raumprogramm des ZBG 6 (Zentrales Berufsschulgebäude 6) zu untersuchen. Die Diplomarbeit ist zugleich die Demonstration eines modellhaften Prozesses für die integrierte, computerunterstützte Planung einer LernRaumOrganisation.

Since 2014, the City of Vienna has been working on the strategic reorientation of Vienna's educational institutions (BIENE Programme – the new building programme for educational institutions until 2034). In Phase II of the programme, the construction of a central vocational school building is planned, which is to be used from 2027.The central vocational school building envisages a merger of eight vocational schools, which are currently spread throughout Vienna. Based on the information provided by the City of Vienna, the objective of this strategic restructuring involves the following:a)Freeing up existing inner-city school locations for schools that cannot find a place on-site but have to be on-site. (primary and secondary schools) b)Creating a cooperative partnership between the vocational schools, some of which offer similar training. The primary task within the scope of the degree dissertation was to investigate the influence of the forms of learning and facility management (FM) on the room programme of the ZBG 6 (Zentrales Berufsschulgebäude 6/central vocational school building 6) by means of usage simulations. The degree dissertation is also a demonstration of a model process for the integrated, computer-assisted planning of a learning space organisation.
