Wohnbauprojekt am Fluss Ternoci in Bujanovac, Serbien

Abstract

Die Diplomarbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Entwicklung eines Wohnbauprojektes in Bujanovac,Serbien.Im Fokus steht Nachhaltigkeit im Bauen und die daraus resultierende Entdeckung neuer Formprinzipien in der Architektur.Dieses Projekt ist ein Aufruf zur Wertschätzung und Bewahrung der Umwelt und die bisherigen Serbischen Wohnbau zu hinterfragen.Die Verbindung mit der Natur, soll dieses Wohnprojekt zu hoher Qualität verhelfen.Das Ziel ist eine Architektur zu erschaffen die Qualitäten wie Nachhaltigkeit, Leistbarkeit, Umweltfreundlichkeit zu bieten hat, und soll eine adäquate Alternative zum frei stehenden Einfamilienhaus ermöglichen.

The diploma thesis deals with the development of a housing project in Bujanovac, Serbia.The focus is on sustainability in construction and the resulting of new design principles in architecture.This project is a call for appreciation and preservation of the environment and to question the previous Serbian housing.The connection with nature should help this residential project to achieve high quality.The aim is to create architecture that offers qualities such as sustainability, affordability and environmental friendliness, and should enable an adequate alternative to the detached single-family house.
