Abstract:

The first part of the thesis introduces different variants of a predator-prey model. This is then extended by capital and production and combined with a SIR model known from epidemiology. The second part of the thesis deals with the systematic analysis of this five-dimensional dynamic system. It takes place in the Matlab Toolbox MATCONT, which is specialized in numerical bifurcation analysis.
